For those of you who live in Texas, you will be pleased to know about the
following.

In February H-E-B shared quite a lot of information with us at a meeting of
Alamo Celiac San Antonio. Michael Dagerath, Manager of Product Development,
led the presentation and introduced us to people in other H-E-B departments
who are working on ways to assist gluten-free shoppers. These people then
made it clear that there's a lot happening at H-E-B in 2009 with regard to
gluten free. To read all about it, go to www.alamoceliac.org and click on
the "GF@H-E-B" button on the right menu.

If you shop at an HEB store, please consider printing this out and taking it
to your store manager. I certainly plan to!
