A friend of mine received a package of gf baking mixes last week from
a company called Nuffins Bakery in Colorado Springs. She shared some
of the chocolate chip cookies and muffins she made from the mixes and
they were absolutely amazing! Literally the best I've tasted since
going gluten free four years ago. Excellent taste and texture. Sounds
like they have their products in stores if you live in Colorado, but
they also sell mixes on their web site: nuffinsbakery.com. Anyway, just
thought I'd share! Always on the lookout for better goodies...
