Hi, all --

After the ad in the beginning of March about the GF "clean room" being up
and running at Bob's Red Mill, I started looking for the products in the
stores and realized that I didn't know how they might be packaged or labeled
so I contacted the company. Pertinent information, shared with the
permission of Kelly Jackson at Bob's Red Mill, regarding the GF products

Isn't it wonderful when a company responds in such a fashion to our needs?
I'm looking forward to trying some of these products although I may wait
until they are available locally in the stores.
