written a couple of books that will help us out.  The one she is selling now
is called Muffins From The Heart and has allergy related substitutes, low
fat, Diabetic & GF Variations, Nutrient Analysis, & Diabetic choices.  It
retails for $11.95 Cdn + GST or $9.99 US.  Both require $2.00 shipping and

a book called Celiac Sentiments.....The Journey.  SHe is looking for biopsy
confirmed celiacs to send her stories for the book.  The deadline is June
