Dear List,
                Recently I have been enjoying trying all the different
Tofu that is out on the market. One in particular I liked contains and
ingredient "nigari" or "nigari water" Does anyone know what this is?
I think it is in there only for the flavouring as the texture of the
tofu did not change.
I really hope it is gluten free, so if anyone knows what it is I'd
really appreciate an answer,
