New articles discuss whether oral enzyme supplements will allow celiacs to 
consume gluten, and how a newly identified regulatory T cell might be used 
as a therapy to inhibit the activity of T cells involved in the 
pathogenesis of celiac disease.  A free pre-publication full text pdf
