I had written the Ruby Tuesday Restuarant to ask what items on their menu would be gluten-free and I thought others might be interested in their response.  I'm just glad other restuarants are more in tune to our needs.

Thank you for your interest in our restaurants.  Ruby Tuesday does not
have and cannot supply a listing of the allergens present in our menu
items.  Because our menu changes at least twice each year and because a
large number of suppliers provide items for use in our restaurants, it
is impossible for us to ensure that any comprehensive list we provided
is accurate.  In addition, because of the fast-paced nature of our
operations, we cannot ensure that menu items prepared in our restaurants
have not come into contact with allergens from other items.  We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
