hello!!

i'm from ottawa, ontario canada and we have quite a few vietamese and thai
restaurants close to our house. on their menus they have many rice noodle
items, but of course the powders or sauces could contain gluten....

i am wondering if anyone has a translation about the products we can/can't
have...in vietnamese and/or thai?? thank you!!
