It's not too late to join in the Westchester Celiac Sprue Support Group's
Second Annual Walk for Celiac Disease Sunday May 18. The Walk will be held
at Rockland Lake State Park, along a 3-mile path, in a beautiful wooded area.
The Park is on Route 9W in Congers, N.Y, just north of the Tappan Zee
Bridge. Registration is at noon, and the Walk begins at 1:00 p.m.

There will be plenty of gluten-free snacks and beverages. Many great prizes
will be raffled off. Come and meet with representatives of the Celiac
Disease Center at Columbia University and the Gluten Free Restaurant
Awareness Program. Ann Whelan, publisher of the highly respected Gluten Free
Living will be there as well.

Registration fees are $15 for adults and $10 for children. Everyone gets a
commemorative t-shirt. Last year we had hundreds of walkers and raised funds
to support research and programs at both the University of Maryland Center
for Celiac Research and the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University, and
we're looking to repeat that success this year.

For Registration Forms / Pledge Sheets, and directions to the Park, e-mail
