Our family-owned and run business, AGAINST THE GRAIN
GOURMET FOODS, began shipping our delicious gourmet GF
breads at the end of December.  Our products are
distributed by United Natural Foods and are now
available from New England, south to Virginia, and
west to Ohio. They will become available in more areas
of the country as we expand our production capacity.

Look for our products in the FROZEN FOOD section, or
ask your favorite store to carry them.  They include:

Original rolls
Fresh rosemary rolls
Original baguettes
Fresh rosemary baguettes
Sesame bagels
Sun-dried tomato basil bagels

If you have been longing for the perfect hamburger
bun, I particularly recommend our rolls--hamburgers
don't get any better!

Our breads are grain free, with no yeast, corn, soy,
or rice. They contain no additives or preservatives. 
They do contain dairy and eggs.

We are a wholesale bakery only, located in
Brattleboro, VT.  Our products are available in the
frozen foods section of your store.
