Thanks to all who responded. Many vendors emailed wanting 
to know where they can send samples & price lists:

Here were the results:

Entrees or sides
PIZZA! – 5 votes
burgers – 2 votes
hot dogs
french fries
tacos
nachos with taco meat
meat loaf (or meatballs) w/ potato chip or corn chip 
crumbs instead of bread crumbs
lettuce wraps w/tuna or cheeses
“cheese raviolis” = egg crepes filled with ricotta cheese, 
baked
spaghetti
chicken & rice meal
vegetarian lasagna
mac and cheese
grilled chicken
caesar salad especially with chicken option

Breakfast
bagels – 2 votes
cereal
donuts
blueberry muffins

Snacks
muffins
cookies
rice cakes
pie or cake
pudding


General needs
pizza crusts
pasta noodles
bread for sandwiches
tortillas for wraps
sauces (white and red)
gravy made with corn starch


There was, of course, a general concern about cross 
contamination. It was recommended that:
*all GF food be stored separately (don’t mix cereals 
etc..) in clean containers
*GF foods be prepared prior to the non-GF foods on clean 
surfaces with clean utensils
*all GF foods be labeled GF
