Does anyone know of an inexpensive place to buy xanthan gum?  It infuriates
me that mailorder companies are charging $6.95 - 9.95 plus shipping and
handling when it's so inexpensive to bakeries.  Even our local Whole Foods
has almost doubled the price in the past 4 years.
