Hersheys classic caramels sundae syrup is gf.

Krogers caramel ice cream topping is GF.  Also, hot fudge
and butterscotch.

Condensed Milk slowly boiled till carameled.

Smuckers ice cream toppings are GF except for the Sundae toppings line.  If
you want a good "quickie" topping, try walnuts and maple syrup (use the
100% pure stuff) for a "wet walnut" topping.  It's great on vanilla ice
cream.
