Hi evryone!
here is my little summary about living GF in norway (oslo + trondheim actually).
Life there is pretty easy for celiacs, all supermarkets have at least ricecakes+crackers+flour and cookies. I have had GF pizza in Peppes Pizza (its a franchising so u can find it almost in every norwegian city) and l found out that also Dolly Dimples (another franchising) have it. no need to order in advance or anything, just show up, ask for it and eat it (also take away).
Mc Donalds and BurgerKings have GF bread. The only "problem" with Norway is that the ppm level is 200, which means that wheat starch is allowed and considered as GF (here in italy it is 20 ppm and wheat strarch is trictly forbidden for celiacs).
Hope this helps, if u have any question dnt hesitate to ask me.
Silvia
