just discovered a new source for cake recipes...www.bakingmagic.com...to accopany a baking show on pbs

check out French Genoise and use cornstarch in place of the cake flour [remember Julia Child said to sub. cornstarch for cake flour].  It is an excellent recipe by a master baker!
