You may not have to keep Bard's Tale Beer refrigerated all the time, but
please be sure to refrigerate it for a long time - 24 hours at least -
before opening.

We get Les Messengerre gluten free beer in Canada at a VERY steep price. I
opened one for a friend a little while ago that had been in the fridge for
only a few hours. It foamed and foamed and foamed all over the kitchen.
There were about three ounces left but the dog was happy.

Apparently there is something about the heading liquid or foaming qualities
of gluten free beer that is different from that of ordinary beer.

Jessie
