Don Wiss's posting on caramel color would be a perfect example to use
with 20/20, Dateline, et al, to explain the difficult process of interpreting
food labels.

BTW, the FDA has a website, www.fda.gov.  Click on Comments, then
click on Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition to complain about
food labels!  I also noticed that if you search "celiac" on the FDA website,
you get 6 versions of the same information, with one totally useless
paragraph about celiac.
