I apologize to the list.  My original post said Dr Murray talked to us about
oats and said they were grown under very specific conditions, where there was
NO threat of cross-contamination.  However, our fields are rotated, and wheat
from last year could crop up and be harvested with the oats, therefore, he
felt oats were still unsafe for Celiacs.  I neglected to put the NO in my
first post.  mary in MI
