As a new bookseller, I wanted to let you know that =now= is the time to go
to your local bookstore and special order Bette Hagman's =The Gluten Free
Gourmet Cooks Fast and Light= and one other, the book =Against The Grain, A
Slightly Eccentric Guide= which will be released soon in a softback version
(less expensive than the hardback). The main distributor of books in the
U.S., Ingram, has them in their order system and my experience has been
that books like these go out of print quickly.
