The Gluten Intolerance Group's Annual Education Conference, hosted by
Celiacs of Colorado and Denver R.O.C.K. is June 6-8, 2003, Denver, CO.

Location: Denver Hyatt Tech Center

The program on Friday, June 6th offers;
six cooking courses taught by GF cookbook authors;
transportation provided to three special evening dining out opportunities
hosted by local celiacs.

Additional program offerings on Friday will include a celiac clinic for
persons newly diagnosed or those wanting a refresher course.
Weekend programs include workshops offering an array of topics from medical
experts, and Keynote addresses, including a look at a cure from some of the
leading researchers in celiac disease; health screening; and a large exhibit
show from your favorite food vendors.

Our Kid's program is filled with age-appropriate activities for children
from 5 to teens. Onsite childcare is available for our little guppies (4
and under) all 3 days. The kids will enjoy a carnival, food, science and
craft activities. Teens may make a movie. Kids will also spend time with
Danna Korn, Sherri Sanderson and other experts knowledgeable in working
with kids.The kids attending may get a chance to be a star!

GIG's conferences are known for having the best GF meals served at any
conference. Fresh baked pastries, gourmet meals and desserts. Our goal is
to show that eating GF is wonderful! Come to our pancake breakfast; feast
on western fare like none other.

You will not want to miss this program. There is something for everyone.
Make it a family affair -- visit Six Flags, The Garden of the Gods, the
beautiful chapel at the Air Force Academy, the Natural Red Rocks
Amphitheater, Central City or Blackhawk, (old mining towns with gambling)
and Vail in the majestic Rockies, or so many other exciting things.

Mark your calendars now to meet in the beautiful Mile High City in June.
Your Colorado hosts are ready with a friendly western welcome.
