I was at a local grocery store yesterday and my husband suggested
looking for corn tortillas. They had this brand -- Guerrero.
Ingredients are: ground corn treated with lime, water, cellulose gum,
propionic acid (to preserve freshness), phosphoric acid, benzoic acid
(to preserve freshness). As far as I can tell these are GF but they do
also make regular flour tortillas. If anyone has info. on these, I'd
appreciate hearing.
