Hello Gluten-Free Bakers,
On Saturday, February 19, 2005, I will be presenting "Gluten-Free Baking
101" at the Celiac Support Group of the Mohawk Valley meeting.

The meeting begins at 10:00 am and is held at the New York Mills Library in
New York Mills, NY. Please visit www.csgmv.org for more information about
the support group.

Please plan to join us for a fun and informative meeting on the "ins and
outs" of gluten-free baking. Gluten-free breads and snacks will be provided.
