Hi all,

This is a summary of all the great info you sent me.

It seems you can continue with a vegetarian diet and remain GF without
any problem. Protein for tofu, peanut butter, beans.

Thai Kitchen (www.thaikitchen.com) was recommended a few times.
Tasty Bite has vegetarian Indian food that is really good but many have
sea salt so be aware if you are sensitive to that (www.tastybite.com)
Most recommended salad dressing was:
Annie's Natural Dressings (800-434-1234), look for "Gluten Free" on
bottle.

Paul Newman's: balsamic vinaigrette is GF.

Hidden Valley: Ranch was said to be O.K.

Wishbone said following salad dressings are GF:

Red Wine Vinaigrette
Fat Free Red Wine Vinaigrette
Olive Oil Vinaigrette
Olive Oil Italian
Regular Fat Free Italian
Robusto Italian
Just Too Good Country Italian
Many people are making there own salad dressings.

Olive Oil
lemon juice
yogurt

Homemade French dressing:

Blend: 1 onion, 1 cup GF vinegar, add and mix well 2 cups Heinz ketchup,
2 cups sugar, 1 3/4 cup olive oil, 4 tsp. salt.

Soy Sauces:

Bragg's amino acid was mentioned alot for a soy sauce that is GF. Also
La Choy and Golden Mountain soy Sauce. Tamari is wheat free soy sauce.
Note: Stay away from Iodine (it triggers inflammation)

Thank you everyone,
Kim Snowden
