Looked at a book with many great recipes that include Flaxseed ground
into a flour and/or using flaxseed oil.  The book extols the benefits of
flaxseed oil in the diet to prevent many types of cancers.  The book is
called, "Flax for Life" by Jade Beutler, R.C.P., R.R.T. (whatever those
initials mean).  Does anyone know if flax is in the wheat family or if
it is GF for us?
