Places to get Egg Replacer:

This is the website for Ener-G foods.
http://www.ener-g.com/Index2.tmpl

Kinnikinnick also sells Ener-G egg replacer. It is a Canadian site.

Various answers from people:

1. I use the Ener - G egg replacer and "Better than Milk" Rice milk powder, it
is hard to find and I have only found or or two places for mail order. Sorry
I don't have the site off hand, but I did a search for it and found it from
google. It is a bit sweet, but the only one I could find. The original is
less sweet than the vanilla. Good Luck!

2. You can use Vanc's Dari Free for your "nonfat milk" -it is free from everything you
stated ...it is potato based...I use it all the time in cooking -my son is on a casein
free diet -any dairy makes him go wild

3.For dry milk: get Vance's DariFree, from www.vancesfoods.com, they have
both plain and chocolate, it is gluten free and casein free. They also
sell a soy product, don't get that one, of course. It's a powder, you
reconstitute it, about 6 quarts from a 1-quart sized powder container.
And it's actually quite tasty! (This from someone who hates almond
milk, can tolerate coconut milk in some cases, but...)

For liquid, which you didn't ask about, there's also a rice milk call
Lundberg that is better than most.

For egg replacer, order directly from www.ener-g.com, if you can't find
it elsewhere. They also carry the plain Vance's, as well as a full line
of GF baked goods.

If you're interested, Fleischmann's has dairy free and soy free
margarine, it is called Fleishmann's Light. I live in Seattle, I can't
get it here, but my family gets it for me in Atlanta. It comes in a
plain gold wrapper, with a little blue "Light" square on it. You have
to buy the tubs, the sticks are packaged the same, but they have either
soy or milk protein in them, I can't remember which. And Fleischmann's
has at least 2 other margarines labelled "light" that aren't it, either.
Good luck finding it - Fleishmann's wasn't much help to me when I asked
them directly, and I haven't been able to special order it from a
grocer, either.

Sometimes I replace dry milk powder with almond meal that I grind from
almonds myself. It has worked just fine in any bread that I've tried.

4.Check this link: www.NoMilk.com

5.Try coconut milk, comes in a can. At least for sweet recipes. It
tastes better too.

6.When replacing egg in a recipe you may use the white and discard the yolk,
in most cases the allergy is to the yolk, use an extra egg white eg if says
two eggs use three egg whites. I am allergic to eggs and use this for
cooking. As for the milk powder why can't you substitute a liquid lactose
free milk for the powder and liquid. ie. If the recipes says a cup of water
and so much milk powder just use a cup of lactose free milk.
