I just thought I'd share that Uno's has a low carb menu, and on it is a dish
called Baked Stuffed Chicken. It is white chicken breast rolled and stuffed
with broccoli, tomatoes, cheese and garlic. It is topped with melted cheese.
You can get 2 sides with it and I usually opt for broccoli, their low carb
cauliflower (so good!), or their skinless baked potato. I am relatively
sensitive and I have had this at least 6 times without any reaction (hold
the breadstick!). I just thought I'd share this with you all because it is
pretty darn yummy! Also, you can order your to-go meals online and pick them
up and pay when you get there, right outside in the parking lot! There is a
place online for comments when you order, and I always type in "Please Note:
Gluten/Wheat allergy!! Please make sure that no flour or breadcrumbs touches
food at any time. No breadstick please." Or something to that effect. I just
feel so much better knowing that it is in writing for the cooks instead of
being misinterpreted by the wait staff. It is actually printed on my receipt
when I pick up the meals. I love technology!!

Another dish that looks good is the Chicken Gorgonzola, but I'm too nervous
about the moldy cheese since it could be started with bread crumbs - or so
I've read.
