Thanks to the person who passed on the change in Centrum's vitamins...now including "modified food starch" that may or may not contain wheat.? I have been having symptoms for about 4 months.? I have used Centrum for several years and never thought to check that source again.

Now, I am looking for a multivitamin AND MINERAL that is gluten free.? I would like it to be one with a good price, easily available (no membership?in a club, etc.)? Suggestions would be appreciated.? I will pass them on.? Thank you!
