Hi All,

I was just surfing the net and found a recipe of Thai Beef Salad and this
was one of the ingredients - Vietnamese potato noodles -.

Has anybody ever heard of them? Are they worth trying? Are they GF? I'm
sure you'd find them in an oriental market but I was wondering if anybody
had ever heard of them before...
