I received 5 responses to my post about health food stores and Gf dining in
the Honolulu area. Four individuals live in Hawaii and on person has just
returned from a trip to Hawaii.

The four locals recommended the Down to Earth healh foods stores.  On store
is located in the Pearl Ridge shopping mall and the other store is located
at the University in downtown Honolulu.

One local cautioned about eating at local restaurants as a lot of them use
MSG heavily.

One local recommended the Outback and Tony Roma's in Waikiki and the Tony
Roma's in Pearl Ridge.

The individual who had just returned from Hawaii recommended the Crouching
Lion on the east side of the island.  She did say you have to read the menu
and ask questions but you can get an excellant GF meal at the Crouching
Lion.
