Hello All,

I'd like to correct a misunderstanding.

tTG (tissue Transglutaminase) testing is not just in the development
stage as has been indicated here.

In July 1997, tissue Transglutaminase was identified as the antigenic
target of the antiendomysial antibodies by Walburga Dieterich et al
writing in the Journal, "Nature Medicine", vol. 3, number 7, pgs
797-801. This has enabled the production of an antigen specific ELISA
assay incorporating tTG as a reliable and objective alternative to the
traditional and subjective immunofluoresence based tests. In clinical
trials, the correlation with the endomysial assay has been shown to be
close to 100%.

We received approval from the USFDA in August 1998 authorizing its sale
and use for in vitro diagnostics and it has been available from that
date. We are the only producers and suppliers of an FDA approved tTG
test and it is currently in use in major reference laboratories,
hospitals and medical research centers worldwide, including Prometheus
Labs.

Prometheus is the preeminent leader in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal
disorders. I have no connection with or interest in this lab but I
frequently have occasion to recommend them to people who contact us
asking where they can send samples.

Now, - - on an unrelated matter, - - can anyone tell me where I can
obtain Sorghum? I am interested in the whole grain. Not ground flour.
