I have ordered ingredients from Ener-G and thought they were fine. I also
tried their hamburger buns a year or two ago. They were truly awful! Very
dense, rubbery, with an unpleasant texture. Only the appearance was good.
I have found slices of toasted bread (typically Food for Life Rice Almond)
quite satisfactory.
