Need something warm and tasty to liven up winter?  Jessica Hale of
Glutenfreeda.com has creative recipes and techniques to share with us this
next Thursday
, Feb. 5th at 7:00 PM (6:30PM - newly diagnosed).  Jessica will be doing a
baking demonstration, and we will be doing the tasting!  For those of you who
have multiple food sensitivities, Jessica is familiar with altering her
recipes
to allow for substitutions and is a great person to talk to regarding recipe
conversions.

The West End Gluten Intolerance Group will be meeting at Trinity United
Methodist Church.  We will also be voting on the recipients for the
donations we
will collect from our May Walk.
