Just a quick note - I made a birthday cake for my husband from
Kinnikinnick's white cake mix last night. My husband does not have celiac -
but my son and I do. We also had a few people over for cake. It was sooo
delicious! Everyone loved it. I swear, it was better than most regular cake
mixes I've bought at the grocery store! We will definitely be buying that
mix for all birthdays in the future. Thankfully, mine is next month. :-)
