Hi,
    My son, 49, has just been diagnosed with Barretts Esophagus Syndrome.  He has steadfastly denied that he has Celiac Disease but knows about it.  Since the specialist said that only 2 people in 10,000 have this condition, and it is pre-cancerous, I was wondering if this could be the reason he has this condition.

    Anyone know of a relationship between the two diseaases?  Thank you.  Joy Ash, Silver City, NM
