Many of you wanted to know WHICH of the crackers I was referring to when
I mentioned a terrific "Saltine-type" cracker. Here is the response from
Glutino (www.glutino.com):

They are Dr. Schar Crackers.

The ultimate gluten-free & casein-free crackers...great for kids, great
with soup, just great with everything!

Ingredients: maize starch, rice flour, vegetable oil, modified maize
starch, eggs, dextrose, yeast, salt, raising agent: ammonium hydrogen
carbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, emulsifier E-471, spice
extract.
