Connie and Annalise wear both master chef and baker's hats. They have written cookbooks and devised gluten-free recipes that have transformed the kitchens of patients with celiac disease.

They will be sharing their recipes as well as cooking and baking secrets to fill the holidays (and everyday) with delicious gluten-free treats. Their discussion will also cover healthy eating and cooking for special diets such as diabetes.

Both Connie and Annalise will have their cookbooks for sale, and samples of their delicious recipes to taste.  Please join us for a delicious and informative holiday program!  Bring your baking and kitchen questions, concerns and appetites.
