In a recent post, an individual stated he would need to check if it was
only wheat gluten with which he was allergic, or all gluten.
Is there any other grain whose protein portion is called gluten?  Is
there anyother plant or animal that makes gluten besides wheat?  Does
anyone know the names of other proteins in other grains?  Are there any
other proteins in wheat besides gluten?  Is gluten at all closely related
to any other protiens or food and that food able to mimic gluten affects?
