The different PASTA EXPRESS models of extruding pasta machines seems
to work the best with gluten-free flours. They made several models
and suggest price and die assortment figure into a purchase. Many
models come with 'how to video' that many might find helpful.

Easy to use and clean. Most Pasta Express models go on sale on a
regular basis and seem to be available in most department type stores,
K-Mart, Walmart, Best Products etc. Dye assortments are also available
separately if desired.

The Atlas or Marcos manual pasta machine also works very well when
making gluten-free pasta. It is helpful to mix dough in a food process
prior to using a manual pasta machine. Additional 'cutter' for both
manual machines may be purchased separately.
