On Saturday, June 2, 2001 a complimentary group screening will be conducted
in Buffalo, NY. This event, which entails blood drawing, will be held in
conjunction with a national program of the Center for Celiac Research at the
University of Maryland.

    This group-screening event is intended for undiagnosed Celiacs and those
who experience chronic gastrointestinal symptoms.  First and second-degree
relatives of known Celiacs also are urged to participate because celiac
disease is known to be genetic.
