The book, Gluten Toxicity arrived today.  I already jumped right in to read it. This is SO well written! Nurse Shelly L. Stuart, RN, B Sc N has really done a wonderful job with this one. I am highly recommending it.

I also just found out it has already been translated in a number of languages.

It is a VERY WELL compiled and written book. I reads so well and really imparts the details that people need to know.
