Dear Phil:
Could you say more about the new cookbook?  Is it just wheat frea, or is it
generally gluten free?  Does it make special allowances for people who are
also dairy and corn free?  What is its magic formula for baking (i.e. what
in particular do they do to make our crazy gf flours "work"?).  Are there
any bread recipes?  How good are they or do they look?
