Thank you to all who sent me messages!  Re:  Trip to St. Lucia: Apparently
"real" Caribbean cuisine does not use wheat and traditionally uses only
fresh ingredients.  I was also told that since they use a great deal of
fruits and vegetables it should be easy for me to eat there.  I certainly
hope so!  We are staying at Ladera Resort and was told that if I let them
know in advance they would accmmodate me as well.  I will let you know!

I received no response for my Williamsport, PA question.  I must say though
that for all those celiacs in the Williamsport, PA and Corning, NY area,
and anyone who has a "Wegman's" grocery near-by, count your blessings! They
certainly deserve credit for the amount of gluten-free products they sell!
