I am doing a lot more cooking than I have in the past since being diagnosed w/ Celiac in Dec 2005.  However, at the end of the week on Friday nights I'd like to sometimes be able to pick up some take out food after work.  

I live in Vancouver, BC.  Does anyone living out here have some ideas for me?  So far, I know there is Swiss Chalet.  What do people out her think of Nando's, is it GF?  Does anyone go to Red Robin - what do you order?  Any other ideas on quick take out or dine in?  Thanks in advance.
