Ok I missed this one somewhere and I'm guessing it's soy but not sure.
There is a cookbook called Allergy-Free Cooking by Eileen Rhode yodel,
Ph.D. and in some of the recipes it calls for soya powder.  is this soy
flour? or what? Thanks
