Here is a reply from the Gluten-Free pantry to my question.

They have NOT been discontinued.  In fact, we love the product and the
convenience of traveling with a safe salad dressing.  Like all small
companies, however, Annie's Naturals (the manufacturer of the salad
dressings) had a problem with the supplier for their raspberry vinegar.
They received a new supply, but haven't made any of the packets as yet.  We
expect them very shortly.

In the interim, we would be glad to sell the remaining two flavors: Roasted
Red Pepper and Balsamic Vinaigrette.  We'd just do three of each for $3.99.

I apologize for any confusion.  Our telephone operators can't back order
items when we don't have a definite date for the arrival of the products.
Someone must have given out the wrong information.
