CHOPED DATES 2 don't 1 with extream care (check with manufacturer)
WHOLE DATES (dates with seeds) 2 no reactions, 1 ok with some care
DRIED DATES WITHOUT SEEDS 6 bad reactions, 1 with extream care, 2

SULFITES 1 reply it's the sulfites!
SUGAR 2 warnings that sugar can also be a problem (ciliac association
with diabeties?)

1 - bad reaction, dates that don't stick are coated in flour
