I have been following all of the posts about the Whole Foods line of GF baked goods.  I live in Wyoming and the closest Whole Foods is in Ft. Collins, CO, 230 miles from here.

I am wondering, since it seems that the products need to be frozen immediately after purchasing, if it would make it the 230 mile trip home in a cooler full of ice?
