Dear List Members,


I will be visiting Charlottesville, Viriginia, soon. Does anyone have any recommendations for casual gluten-free dining there?  I will be checking findmeglutenfree but would like to hear from the list members as well.


We will also be visiting DC in the Columbia Heights area - and, of course, the Mall. Any suggestions for casual gluten free dining in those areas would be very welcome.


The info I found in the list archives for these areas was pretty dated.  I will summarize.
