The perfect “grab and go” snack: a high protein, low fat snack bar that is
also gluten and milk free. The "Simply" bars have no oils or added fats, no
preservatives, no refined sugar and no GMOs. Great for travelling.

The "Simply" bars were originally designed by a doctor and dietitian for
people with digestive disorders like IBS and diseases like Crohn’s and
Colitis. As such, they are also suitable for people who continue to have
digestive problems despite being on a strict gluten free diet. Some simple
principles were followed in designing the bars – use a small number of
ingredients and ensure that they all are easy to digest or facilitate
digestion. There are no nuts, seeds or dried fruit.

The bars contain only the following 6 ingredients: Non GM soy crisps, honey,
organic brown rice crisps, non GM soy protein, psyllium and natural flavour.

The composition is as follows: 20 g carbohydrates, 17 g protein, 0.8 g fat,
2.9 g of fibre.

A box of 15 bars is $25 or $1.67 per bar plus shipping. To order, please
