What: Frugal Gluten Free Baking Tips

Who should come: This will be very useful to anyone wanting to learn what it takes to bake the gluten free way. Why we need xanthan gum, why we can't just replace regular flour for rice flour, etc.....

Why: Why is this considered Frugal? You will save so much money when you learn how to bake good tasting product! This will also save you money by creating your own mixes from scratch.

Meeting Description: This meeting will address ideas to getting the most of your Gluten Free dollar by using some tried and true tips. We will have demonstrations, if you have a favorite pre GF recipe you may bring it and we can make some suggestions on how you could make it GF successfully .
